Crew and Tailor was founded in London after years of firsthand experience working aboard luxury superyachts. The idea emerged from the challenges faced season after season sourcing quality uniforms for crew: inconsistent sizing, dated styles, ill-fitting garments, and fabrics that failed under the demands of onboard life.
With a background in fashion design and a deep understanding of the yachting industry, our founder brought together both design sensibility and operational practicality to create a new kind of uniform: one that balances elegance with durability.
